Instructions for Delivery

bits & Bytes Postal Union

Echo Mail is a registered member of the bits & Bytes Postal Union (bnbPU).

We are required to ensure that your mail is inline with the specifications as prescribed under the eSpecifications for International Mail (eSIM). It is the responsibility of the Responsible Person(s) registered with the bnbPU to ensure that mail is inline with the specifications. Failure to comply shall result in a non-conformance report filed with the bnbPU against the carrier.

Delivery to the Distribution Centre

The Echo Mail Distribution Centre is located at:
1 Echo Lane, Baldivis, Aura Regions

Upon arriving at the distribution centre, mail should be placed in a chest on the left-side of the ladder for each designated zone that the mail has originated from as prescribed under International Mail Zones on Echo Mail's main page. Mail originating from all territories of the Aura Regions shall be classified as "Domestic".

Example
Mail that has originated from TAY (thePost) that is being delivered to the Aura Regions must be placed in one of the six chests available on the left-hand side of the ladder of the chests located within Zone 1.

Note

If, for some reason, you cannot give a flying fuck about sorting your mail (and because we cannot mandate you to sort your mail), then dump it in this chest below the instructions sign (as attached)

It is the sole responsibility of the registered Responsible Person(s) to contact @techgamesplus via either:

  • Pinging in the Minecraft channel in the bits & Bytes Discord server
  • Direct Messaging @techgamesplus via Discord

Upon successful delivery, mail shall be subject to inspection to determine compliance with eSIM, federal laws, Server Law, and other applicable laws. Compliant mail will be held at the Echo Mail Distribution Centre for a minimum of 24 hours before being delivered. Non-compliant mail will be immediately returned to the distribution centre of the originating carrier, and a non-conformance report will be filed.

For Echo Mail Staff Only
Mail that has originated from the Aura Regions and is to be sent to TAY (thePost) shall be placed in the left-hand side chests within the "Domestic" zone (labelled as "1").
Upon successful inspection, the mail is to then be held in the right-hand side chests within "Zone 1" (labelled as "2") for a minimum of 24 hours, before being delivered to the thePost Distribution Centre.

It is your responsibility to contact the registered Responsible Person(s) (in this instance, @vicr123) to notify them that mail has arrived at their distribution centre.
